Have you ever noticed how good you feel after belting out your favourite song in the shower or in the car? There is a good reason for this.

Sing For The Soul (SFTS)

All of these effects are multiplied when you sing in a group. 

So join us for a Sing For Your Soul session. You don't need to be an experienced or expert singer. It doesn't matter if you can't hold a tune or have only ever sung alone at home. The point of these sessions in not to be the best singer. The point is to come together, to feel all the benefits listed above. To connect. To feel the uplifting effects of the music and of signing together. 

The session

  • A brief vocal warm up and mindset exercise

  • 30 minutes of belting out songs which will be sent to you in advance to familiarise yourself with. You don't need to know the whole song by heart but you'll get more from the session if you know it well enough to sing along. 

  • A chance for a drink and a mingle - one drink included in your ticket price.
